I’m really excited about the books on my October TBR. I’ve got a couple exciting new releases, some older titles I’ve been meaning to read for ages, the continuation of a series I started last month, and a re-read of a favorite. I’m also going to participate in my first massive buddy read. Its for The Way of Kings hosted by Elliot Brooks on the app Caravan, and I’m really excited to re-read this favorite with a bunch of people. Hopefully I find even more things to love about this epic series. 🙂

Abercrombie is awesome.👍 As is Ten Thousand Doors, not a book that I’d usually enjoy but I absolutely loved it.

I’ve heard nothing but good things about Abercrombie. I read The Blade Itself last month, and I really liked it. Never though Glokta would be my favorite character, but here we are. Haha.

Glokta is awesome. It has been years since I read the trilogy but have such find memories of it and the characters. Glokta and his continual battle with stairs is hilarious.😂

I’m so pumped! Oathbringer is the only Cosmere book I haven’t read yet, but I feel like I need a WoK and WoR re-fresh before I dive back in.

There’s a really good recap article that Tor.com posted before book 3 came out. I’m sure you can find it with a Google search. It really helped me when I dove into book 3 last year 🙂

Oh, nice! If I don’t have time to re-read them, I’ll definitely go that route. I really want to read Oathbringer before the end of the year. 🤞🏼
